We recently created a new educational mini-documentary about the threat of sulfide-ore copper mining on the edge of the Boundary Waters, and we are hosting a series of screenings in the Midwest, including in Ely, MN. Attending a screening is a great opportunity to share your passion for the Wilderness with your friends and family, get updated on the latest Boundary Waters news, and enjoy the company of other folks who are also passionate about protecting this incredible place.
This documentary features experts, Boundary Waters enthusiasts and business owners speaking on behalf of the Wilderness, and explaining why a toxic copper mine in this place impacts us all. Watch a sneak peek of the film here.
